NEIGHBORHOOD YARD SALE DAY

WILCOX EAST NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

Saturday June 9^th 8am-3pm 

Neighborhood Yard Sale Days increase the foot traffic at your personal yard sale by combining efforts with your neighbors! 
Everyone is invited to participate if you live within the Granite St., Grove Ave., Oak St., and Tower St. area.

A $10.00 donation is required for advertising - any remaining funds from the advertising collection will be donated to the Wilcox East Neighborhood Association.

Per town ordinance, all participants are required obtain a Yard Sale Permit from the Westerly Town Hall.

  Wanted to be sure you have no surprises from Town Officials.  

• Town ordinance requires that after 2 inches of snow on the road you are required by the town to park your cars off street so the snowplows have adequate room to clear the roads. There is a $100 fine for failure to comply.
• Also if you have a sidewalk in front of your home you are required to clear snow off so that it can be used by pedestrians.  The only exception as stated by the Town Manager last year are corners where the Town’s plows pile snow onto. This clarification came from residents concerns about corners last year.
