The Wilcox East Neighborhood Association was established to represent the neighborhood with boundaries between Oak Street to Granite and Grove to Tower Street in Westerly, Rhode Island.
Our goal is to join our neighbors to take steps to enhance and preserve the historical nature of our neighborhood, develop an effective unified voice to address issues that impact our neighborhood, enhance property values, promote neighborhood pride and ensure an around-the-clock safe living environment for all.
We believe it is important that any neighborhood strike a balance between maintaining existing residential standards and development that could alter the basic character and value that attracts potential residents to the area.
