  Wanted to be sure you have no surprises from Town Officials.  

• Town ordinance requires that after 2 inches of snow on the road you are required by the town to park your cars off street so the snowplows have adequate room to clear the roads. There is a $100 fine for failure to comply.
• Also if you have a sidewalk in front of your home you are required to clear snow off so that it can be used by pedestrians.  The only exception as stated by the Town Manager last year are corners where the Town’s plows pile snow onto. This clarification came from residents concerns about corners last year.
